Dawn is a native of Fayetteville, NC.  She has been playing the piano and singing in church since age 6.  Although her career calling has been as a nurse for the past 13 years, she also has 16 years of music ministry experience.  Dawn believes music is a universal language that is an integral part of drawing people into the spirit of worship.  She and her husband Bo live in Hope Mills, with 4 out of 7 children still at home.
